older; your audiences diminishing ?
Do
you have difficulty keeping
the members you have ?
Have
you any idea who your
audiences actually are and why they come to you ?
or
worse -
why they stay away!
These
are some of the questions
posed by Choir survival workshops and ones that every choir needs to be

We would obviously
recommend
your workshops to other choirs as we can already see the success from
putting your ideas into practice.
Many thanks for sending
the
booklet through, it is packed full of relevant material that I am sure
anyone will benefit from.
I
now have a 24 point action plan covering publicity, recruitment
etc. Thanks it was great.

"Before the event there was
immense interest in what you
might have to say, after the event there is even more intense interest
in trying to incorporate as many of the ideas as possible into out
Choir and Concert Planning, I asked you where do we go from here, ...
we now have an answer Loud and clear .."

There are many choirs who
consistently have recruitment
problems, who wait until the problem is beyond repair before doing
anything; problems with finding and appointing a new conductor;
problems with dwindling audiences and problems with publicity
guaranteed to reach almost nobody!
Whatever
your Choir's problems, you should have a talk to Tim, you may
not like all he has to say, but rest assured it works, and many choirs
will testify to that.
